meet the artists.

I draw inspiration from my personal response to people, nature and landscape, music and art. Influenced by my travels to far away places, exploring different cultures, as well as my background, growing up in Holland.
I love colour - my work is expressive, strong and vibrant. Using luxurious silks; flowing, soft yet strong. My work is abstract and created for the pure joy of exploring and combining the colours.
My fabrics are created by hand painting, spraying or screen printing. Each piece is a 'one-off'. Also using my silks to sculpt and enhance decorative items - such as lampshades, candle holders and other pieces. Commissions welcome.
