Journeys, whether they be external or internal and my response to north, are areas which I find compelling.

I work in series originating from the experience of journeys, including flying, looking down on the landscape. The interactions between manmade and natural features, land and sea, the edge, borders, layers and traces inform the work.

Practicing as a multimedia artist enables me to use any material that can convey my explorations. These include collage with mixed media, assemblage, photography, print and moving images/video, which may be brought together as an Artists Book or a 2 or 3D piece.
