Louise offers extensive experience in arts development and project management gathered over the last twenty years of working in a freelance capacity, trading as Exfactor. Alongside this, Louise maintains her work as an independent curator, specialising in contemporary crafts, but with a particular interest in indigenous skills. She wrote Scottish Arts Council's advocacy document for traditional crafts, 'Glorious Obsession' and has an active interest in developing this sector. She currently serves as a Board Member of Craftscotland.
